24-Hour Online Property Event to Raise Funds for Charity

The 24-Hour Open House, a live online fundraising event for property professionals, will take place from 9am on Thursday 3 September to 9am on Friday 4 September. The event aims to raise money for Breast Cancer Now and Andy’s Man Club.

The event, launched by property industry consultant and speaker Toby Martin, will feature a continuous 24-hour broadcast. The programme includes 48 sessions scheduled every 30 minutes, with content such as training sessions, live podcast recordings, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive entertainment. Additional content is planned throughout the overnight hours.

Confirmed speakers include Phill Agnew, host of The Nudge podcast, who will discuss behavioural science and marketing; motivational speaker and author Nigel Risner; and Andy Barton, founder of Andy’s Man Club, who will speak about men’s mental health. Other property industry figures scheduled to participate are Kirsty Franks, Alex Tan, Stephen Brown, Chris Webb, and Mal McCallion. Simon Whale is set to appear during the overnight programme, and children’s author Libby Elliott, writing as Wendy Peterman, will host a bedtime story session. The broadcast will also feature quiz and gameshow-style segments, with further speakers and sessions to be announced.

The event is free to register and is sponsored by Kotini, whose support ensures that all funds raised go directly to the two charities. The organisers encourage property professionals to register, tune in, and donate if possible.
