AI Platform for Estate Agents Launches with £1m Pre-Seed Funding
ClearPath AI has launched a technology platform for estate agencies, supported by £1 million in pre-seed funding. The new Property AI product is designed to automate routine tasks in residential property transactions using artificial intelligence.
The Property AI platform aims to assist estate agents by automating processes such as instruction, onboarding, assembling material information, producing property particulars and memoranda of sale, preparing communications for buyers and vendors, and monitoring transactions. The system can also analyse viewing feedback, property chains, and the progress of individual sales to identify delays and flag actions when transactions stall.
ClearPath stated that the technology can be used independently or alongside an agency’s existing CRM. Property AI is one of four products on the ClearPathOS platform, which also includes technology for the legal, finance, and compliance sectors. Where different parties use or connect with the platform, information can be shared between authorised participants in a transaction, with the aim of reducing duplication and manual chasing.
ClearPath currently employs more than 20 people across AI, engineering, product, and commercial development, and plans to create more than 20 additional UK roles as it expands. The company’s main UK commercial operation is in Birmingham, with its technology operation based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. ClearPath plans to expand Property AI and its integrations with existing industry platforms over the next six months.
