A new online platform, PersonalEstateAgent.com, has launched to connect home sellers with personal estate agents using artificial intelligence. The platform was developed by Leigh Brown, a personal estate agent with over 20 years of industry experience, and AI consultant Prad Patel.
PersonalEstateAgent.com uses a personality-based questionnaire, modelled on Myers-Briggs-style profiling, to match sellers with agents whose working style and values are considered compatible. The website also aims to raise awareness of the growing personal estate agent sector, which includes businesses such as eXp, TAUK, Moveli, and Keller Williams.
According to the founders, the platform launches with around 50 personal estate agents covering London and the Home Counties. There are plans to expand coverage across the UK later in the year.
The founders cite data from TwentyEA indicating that personal estate agents are, on average, achieving faster sales and higher selling prices than traditional agency models.
For UK letting agents and inventory clerks, the launch of PersonalEstateAgent.com highlights the increasing role of technology and AI in the property sector, as well as the growing prominence of personal estate agents in the market.
