AMI Protection Viewpoint Survey Opens for Seventh Year
The Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) has launched its seventh annual Protection Viewpoint research, inviting advisers from across the mortgage and protection sectors to participate. The survey is open to all advisers, including non-AMI members, and will remain open until 28 August.
The AMI Protection Viewpoint survey aims to gather insights on how advisers support customers with their protection needs, the challenges faced when discussing protection, and how these challenges are being addressed. The research also seeks to understand how customer needs and expectations are evolving, and to identify opportunities for sharing learning and providing additional support across the sector.
Survey questions are tailored to the answers given by participants. The findings from this year’s research will be presented at a virtual launch event on 5 November at 9am, held in partnership with Legal & General, The Exeter, and Vitality.
The AMI encourages all advisers, whether they specialise in mortgages, protection, or both, to take part in the survey and share their experiences. The results are intended to help build a clearer picture of the challenges and opportunities currently facing the industry.
For letting agents and inventory clerks, the outcomes of the AMI Protection Viewpoint may provide valuable context on evolving customer expectations and adviser practices within the UK property sector.
