Dwelly Acquires Settio, Expanding Internationally

Dwelly, a proptech lettings platform, has completed its seventh acquisition of the year by purchasing Settio, a real estate investment and portfolio advisory platform. This acquisition marks Dwelly’s first move into international markets.

Settio brings with it a client base in 17 countries and adds more than 2,000 fully managed properties to the Dwelly network. The deal also includes Settio’s offices in Manchester, Birmingham, London, and Singapore. As a result, Dwelly’s total portfolio under management is now estimated at 14,000 UK properties.

Settio is recognised as one of the UK’s leading investor-focused property businesses, managing over £600 million in property assets. According to Dwelly, the acquisition provides an established international platform, extensive overseas investor relationships, and a significant presence in the Asia-Pacific market.

Earlier in the month, Dwelly also acquired Cheltenham-based lettings agency Elliot Oliver. The addition of Settio is described as a significant step for Dwelly, introducing new international capabilities to its business.

For UK letting agents and inventory clerks, this acquisition signals further consolidation in the lettings sector and highlights the growing importance of international investor relationships and managed property portfolios.
