Estate agents raise nearly £30,000 on Thames ultra walk in memory of Sarah Edmundson

Walking under the team name "WiEA Together", participants came from estate agency, lettings, suppliers and other industry businesses. Some covered 25km, while others took on the full 50km, setting out along the Thames through Richmond and Hampton Court, towards Runnymede and Windsor.
The group reported blisters, cramp, exhaustion, a rolled ankle and a trip to A&E along the way.
A finish-line moment
Vicky Bibiris, Chair of Agents Together, described a walker approaching kilometre 45 after around 14 hours on her feet, still pushing through the pain in the dark. Those who had already finished followed her progress via the team's WhatsApp group. After her fundraising page was shared again, her donations doubled within an hour as supporters waited for news that she had crossed the finish line.
Bibiris thanked everyone who walked, donated, fundraised, shared posts, sent messages and supported the team, adding that all who played a part should feel proud.
