Fine & Country and Leaf Living Announce Senior Appointments

Fine & Country has appointed Sébastien Tedesco as consultant and advisor to its head office team, with the aim of expanding the brand’s presence in France. Leaf Living has named David Mullin as its new chief financial officer.

Fine & Country stated that Tedesco will work alongside international executive consultant Jonathan Handford and the wider team to support the next stage of the company’s international growth strategy. The company’s ambition is to replicate its UK growth by establishing a "strong and sustainable network" in France. As part of this strategy, Fine & Country France will expand through a licensing model with a set licence fee.

Tedesco brings nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry and has held senior leadership positions, including CEO of Keller Williams France. He is also an author and provides coaching and training to professionals in the sector through advisory work.

Leaf Living, a provider of new-build single-family rental housing, has appointed David Mullin as chief financial officer. Mullin has over 20 years’ experience in residential and corporate finance. He joins from Sage, where he was most recently managing director of commercial operations and previously served as financial director and interim CFO. Mullin also spent eight years in senior financial roles at Berkeley Homes and began his career at GSK.

According to Leaf Living, Mullin will play a central role in scaling the platform and supporting the continued evolution of the business.

These appointments reflect ongoing developments in the UK property sector, with both companies focusing on growth and expansion in their respective markets.
