Former Spicerhaart Acquisitions Director Joins New M&A Venture

A new mergers and acquisitions (M&A) business, Realise, has launched to advise property sector firms on sales, mergers, and acquisitions. Joel Osbourne, former national acquisitions director at Spicerhaart, will lead the venture as a partner alongside co-founders Nicola and Paul Broomham.

Realise is part of the 2point0 Group, which launched in January 2026 and already offers business consultancy and recruitment services. The new M&A arm aims to support estate and letting agency owners looking to sell, merge, or acquire businesses.

Osbourne brings over 25 years of property industry experience, including M&A roles at LRG and Christie & Co, and most recently leading acquisitions for Spicerhaart. Together, Osbourne and Paul Broomham have handled more than 50 business sales, mergers, and acquisitions, ranging from smaller lettings businesses to multi-million-pound corporate transactions.

Realise will focus on advising estate and letting agency owners, as well as firms seeking to expand through acquisitions or mergers. The decision to expand into M&A followed enquiries received by 2point0 Group since its launch earlier this year.

The launch of Realise adds a dedicated M&A advisory service to 2point0 Group’s existing offerings for the UK property sector.
