Foundation Home Loans Launches Limited-Edition BTL Mortgages

Foundation has introduced two limited-edition buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage products at 75% loan to value (LTV). The new products are part of Foundation’s F1 range and are available to borrowers with an almost clean credit history.

One of the new BTL products is priced at 4.44%. The other is a green mortgage option, offered at a rate of 4.34%, specifically for properties with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A to C.

Both products come with a 4% fee, free standard valuation, and no application fee. According to Foundation, these features are designed to reduce upfront costs for borrowers.

These limited-edition mortgages may be of interest to letting agents and inventory clerks working with landlords who are seeking competitive rates and reduced initial expenses, particularly for properties with higher EPC ratings.
