Kensington Mortgages Appoints Two New Regional BDMs
Kensington Mortgages has appointed two new business development managers (BDMs) to enhance its regional support for brokers. Gemma Davies joins as BDM for the central west region, while Paul Dodimead takes on the role for the east region.
Davies will cover most of Wales, Shrewsbury, Birmingham, and as far east as Coventry. She brings over 20 years of experience in banking, estate agency, mortgage broking, and business development, and previously worked as a BDM at Melton Building Society.
Dodimead will be responsible for the east region, including Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Colchester, and as far south as Romford. He has 25 years of experience in financial services, having worked as a mortgage adviser and in senior BDM positions at Scottish Widows, Halifax, and Coventry Building Society. Dodimead replaces James Burwood, who was recently promoted to national account manager.
Both Davies and Dodimead will report to Phillip Pinson, regional sales manager for the north. According to Mortgage Strategy, these appointments are intended to further strengthen Kensington’s ability to deliver guidance and support to brokers in key regions.
These developments may be of interest to UK letting agents and inventory clerks who work closely with brokers and lenders in the property sector.
