Key Appointments at Strettons, Colliers, and Knight Frank Announced
Strettons, Colliers, and Knight Frank have each announced senior appointments aimed at expanding their property and advisory services. The new hires bring extensive experience in auctions, landlord advisory, and public sector property consultancy.
Olivia Boulting has joined Strettons as a director and auctioneer, moving from Auction House UK where she was regional manager and auctioneer for southern UK territories. Boulting has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, covering estate agency, auctions, and both residential and commercial property and land. In her new role, she will focus on developing Strettons’ auction department, client management, and auctioneering. Boulting also sits on the advisory board of Propertymark’s NAVA and chairs the Plymouth Area Property Professionals Association.
Colliers has appointed Will Foster as a director in its national offices team to help expand its landlord advisory business in the South East. Foster joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate and has more than 25 years’ experience in the office market, advising landlords on leasing, asset positioning, and development. His previous clients include NFU Mutual, Praxis, CLS, L&G, and Royal London.
Knight Frank has named Richard Dixon as the lead for its public sector advisory team. Dixon has over 25 years’ experience working with government, investors, and developers on infrastructure, regeneration, and public-private investment programmes. He joins from Morgan Sindall Investments, where he served on the executive board and oversaw significant capital deployment and regeneration projects. At Knight Frank, Dixon will advise local authorities, emergency services, central government departments, and NHS organisations on property, regeneration, and infrastructure projects.
These appointments reflect ongoing efforts by leading UK property firms to strengthen their teams and expand their service offerings across auctions, landlord advisory, and public sector consultancy.
