To mark the opening, Lang Llewellyn & Co will host a launch event at White River Place Shopping Centre on Friday, 28 August, from 9am to 3pm, in partnership with Cornwall’s Rewind Radio. The radio station will broadcast music from its trailer during the event, and representatives from the agency will be available to meet local landlords, tenants, and visitors. The High Cross Street branch will also be open throughout the day for visitors to meet the team and view the new premises.
The new office provides Lang Llewellyn & Co with a permanent base in St Austell following the integration of RPM Lettings into its business.
