Leading Northern Agents Form Centro Network

A group of lettings and sales agents from four major northern cities have joined forces to create a new network called Centro. The network aims to share best practice and serve landlords with portfolios across multiple locations.

Centro is made up of Zenko City Living in Leeds, Reside in Manchester, City Residential in Liverpool, and Sanderson Young in Newcastle upon Tyne. All four firms are independently owned.

Collectively, these agents manage over 2,000 residential properties across the North of England. The collaboration is designed to benefit landlords who have properties in more than one city, by providing coordinated service and expertise.

This development is relevant for letting agents and inventory clerks working with landlords who operate across several northern cities, as it may influence how multi-location portfolios are managed and serviced.
