Openmoove Offers Free Material Information to Agents and Sellers

Openmoove, a property sales technology company, is now providing free material information to both agents and sellers. The service is available at no cost to vendors or agents who join the Openmoove platform.

Vendors are onboarded at the point of valuation, while buyers are onboarded at the point of viewing. This process allows compliance data to be collected as part of the agent’s existing workflow, rather than as a separate administrative task.

When consumers choose to take a service through the Openmoove platform, a revenue share is provided to the professional who onboarded them. Material information is delivered through Openmoove’s CRM integrations, which became available last month across Rex, Street, Loop, and Apex27. Integrations with Alto and Reapit are planned next.

The announcement comes after recent government plans to overhaul the homebuying system, aiming to speed up transactions and reduce the number of sales that fall through. The government stated that these changes could cut buying times by four weeks and save first-time buyers an average of £650. Proposed reforms include new sales packs, earlier binding agreements, and digital tools.

Openmoove has also confirmed that it will soon announce a development related to property searches.
