Propertymark Adds Free Property Reports to Referral Platform
Propertymark has integrated free basic material information reports into its referral platform through a partnership with property data provider Propalt. Members using Propertymark Connect can now access complimentary property intelligence reports when sending referrals through the network.
The integration is designed to provide Propertymark members with additional property information at no extra cost. The reports are available as part of the referral process within the Propertymark Connect platform.
This development may be relevant to UK letting agents and inventory clerks who use Propertymark Connect, as it offers access to property intelligence reports that could support their work.
