Reeds Rains Reopens Hull Branch After Kaye’s Estate Agents Acquisition

Reeds Rains has completed the rebranding and grand re-opening of its Newland branch in Hull, following the acquisition of Kaye’s Estate Agents. The transition includes the transfer of a significant fully managed lettings portfolio to the new branch.

The former owner of Kaye’s Estate Agents, Neil Kaye, attended the opening event to formally hand over the business to the incoming branch manager, Paul Rogers, and his team. Neil Kaye is retiring after more than 20 years serving the local community.

The acquisition and re-opening are part of Reeds Rains’ strategy to strengthen its presence across Yorkshire and the Humber. The Newland branch is operated by franchise partner Rogers Stewart, which has seven branches across Yorkshire and Teesside.

Customers at the newly rebranded Reeds Rains Newland branch will now have access to the wider Reeds Rains service, including the MyReedsRains online customer portal and a network of branches through LSL Estate Agency Franchising.

Kate Ashley-Ives, Franchise Director at LSL Estate Agency Franchise, commented on the continued growth of the Reeds Rains brand and the quality of service provided by the Rogers Stewart team in Hull.

This development is relevant for UK letting agents and inventory clerks, as the acquisition brings a substantial managed lettings portfolio under the Reeds Rains brand in Hull, expanding opportunities and service offerings in the region.
