Lettings agents using Alto can now begin the process of carrying out a free soft credit check on prospective applicants from within the CRM. The enhanced leads feature provides additional information from prospective tenants, including affordability, expected move-in dates, and intended co-tenants.

This enhanced leads feature is now included with all of Rightmove’s lettings memberships. Enquiry Manager remains part of Rightmove’s wider Lead to Keys suite of lettings products.

Rightmove has also made other updates to its lettings products. These include changes to Tenancy Manager to provide a Renters’ Rights ready workflow, and updates to its referencing service, which now covers digital identity verification, income verification, and sharecode capture. Additionally, Rightmove has launched a Renter Checklist to guide tenants through the rental process and connect with its Lead to Keys products.

The integration with Alto follows previous integrations with other CRM systems last year.
