The event is part of Rightmove’s wider efforts to introduce AI-powered tools for agents. One such tool is the AI-powered Property Performance Overview, which is currently being trialled with around 10% of agents using Rightmove Plus. This beta feature uses AI to summarise data from a property’s performance report, providing agents with an overview of what is working, where performance could be improved, and suggested next steps.

Rightmove has stated that the aim of this tool is to reduce the time agents spend analysing data, allowing them to focus on actions that could improve property performance. The company is also bringing together industry experts to share practical examples and lessons learned about AI in agency operations.
