TPFG Reports Slower Growth After Strong Previous Year

The Property Franchise Group (TPFG), parent company of Belvoir and Martin & Co, has reported a slowdown in its first half performance following a period of strong results last year. In the six months to 30th June 2026, group revenue increased by 7% to £43.3 million, up from £40.3 million in the same period a year earlier, while franchising revenue rose 8% to £24 million from £22.2 million.

However, overall housing transaction volumes for the group were 4% lower than in the first half of 2025. This follows a previous year in which TPFG reported a 39% jump in full-year profits and a 25% increase in revenue. In 2025, adjusted profit before tax reached £31 million, compared to £22.3 million in 2024, and group revenue increased to £84.3 million from £67.3 million in 2024.

TPFG maintained its managed lettings portfolio at 149,000 properties during the first half of 2026. The group also supported its network through the implementation of the Renters’ Rights Act and delivered several initiatives, including the additions of SAFS and Meridian and the rollout of its first AI-enabled products.

The company noted that the external environment remains uncertain, but highlighted its diversified income streams and growing recurring revenue base as factors supporting its confidence in delivering plans for the full year.

These results and operational updates are relevant for UK letting agents and inventory clerks, particularly those working with or alongside TPFG brands such as Belvoir and Martin & Co.
