In the portfolio management team, Jason Maher joins as associate director from Hampshire Trust Bank, bringing over 35 years of experience in property and real estate finance. Alastair Partridge joins as portfolio manager from Shawbrook Bank, with 30 years of experience in development finance, real estate investment finance, and business banking.

These appointments follow the previously announced roles of Victoria Baily as head of property portfolio and Phil Bird as head of origination.
