UniHomes Achieves +61 NPS in Letting Agent Survey
UniHomes has been rated +61 on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by more than 100 UK letting agents in its 2026 annual partner survey. The survey also found that 70% of agents rated the student accommodation platform 9 or 10 out of 10.
The NPS result places UniHomes among the highest-rated student accommodation advertising platforms and utility management service providers in the UK. According to the survey, 71% of agents identified enquiry generation as the most important benefit of using UniHomes.
The platform is used by over 2 million students annually to find university accommodation, with every property listed as bills included. This all-inclusive approach covers gas, electricity, water, and broadband in a single monthly payment, which agents report helps properties let faster and provides students with budgeting certainty.
Across seven aspects of its service, UniHomes received satisfaction scores above 80%. Onboarding and speed of setup were rated at 90%, account management and support at 88%, and the all-inclusive utility offering at 87%.
UniHomes works with hundreds of letting agent partners across more than 60 cities in the UK. The company has focused on building strong relationships with agents over more than a decade, which it says underpins its continued growth and service to students.
