Websters Estate Agents Acquires Watsons’ Sheringham Branch

Websters Estate Agents has expanded into the North Norfolk market by acquiring the residential sales business of Watsons in Sheringham. The acquisition includes Watsons’ high street branch and marks Websters’ latest move to grow its network.

Watsons, founded in 1890, has operated in Sheringham for over a century and is recognised as one of the area’s longest-established estate agencies. Websters will continue to operate from the Sheringham office as it integrates the business into its existing network.

This acquisition gives Websters its third branch, following the opening of its Drayton office in 2025, and marks its entry into the North Norfolk coastal market. Over the past five years, Websters has expanded through a series of acquisitions, including First Lettings, Savannah Estates, Langford Estates, and Pendefords.

As part of the expansion, Websters will introduce its Signature by Websters brand to Sheringham. This division, led by Jonathan Weeks, specialises in the sale of higher-value and distinctive homes.

The Sheringham branch will continue to provide residential sales services to buyers and sellers under Websters’ ownership, operating from its existing premises.
